I grew up in a home that loved Jesus and cherished the word of God. My parents were called as missionaries in Namibia, in Southern Africa. I had dedicated my life to God as a young girl,  and always loved God. But during my teen years, my priorities changed, and I drifted away from Him. In 2002 I decided to rededicated my life to God, and was introduced to the Holy Spirit.  I had grown up in a church denomination that did not encourage experiential knowledge of God, often seen as unnecessary emotional hype. For the first time, God became more real to me, and I could sense God's presence in my life. I experienced baptism with Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues and water baptism. Throughout this time, I learnt more about Jesus through Holy Spirit. I was growing  spiritually, but my relationship with God was mostly internal. During this time I met my husband, Jean, a wonderful man of God! 

We became involved in church activities, and lived what many would consider a normal "Christian life": Busy on Sundays with church programs, but not looking all that much different from everyone else.

By January 2015, with young kids and stresses of life, my health had taken a pounding. I was on various medications for migraine, depression and high blood pressure. I was in a very bad spot. Then one afternoon, I read a book written by Beth Moore "So long insecurities", and Jesus supernaturally freed me from a lifetime of insecurities and healed my heart and my physical body. All this in a few short hours, with no-one else, just Holy Spirit and me.  The change in me was dramatic, so that even friends started commenting about the change. Suddenly I was free, healed of my past to step into the future! 

The following months Holy Spirit taught us with revelations and guided us into practical courses through meeting people that God sent to us. I became involved at a soup kitchen and learned on the job to preach and pray for the sick. We saw miracles, sight restored, deaf hearing, backs healed and so on. Deliverance training followed, and God delivered people from years of bondage. Emotional healing was next, and again, God would supernaturally send people our way, to practice what He was teaching us on.  And much more!

God always meets us where we're at, and we have seen Him move hearts and destinies in profound ways.
